1. Cancellation

o Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
o Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.

2. Return

o Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
o Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
o Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
o Seller receives and checks returned product.
o Seller approves return and return is completed.
o Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.

3. Exchange

o Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
o Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
o Buyer sends product in question to seller.
o Seller receives and checks returned product
o Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
o No exchange for E-voucher purchased.
